1. Refunds

We understand that sometimes, things may not go as expected. We do offer refunds, but only in the following circumstances:

a. Damaged or Incorrect Items If you receive a damaged product or have received the incorrect item, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receiving the order. We will require a photo of the damaged item or the item you received in error. Upon verification, we will either issue a refund or send you the correct item.

2. No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you have simply decided you no longer want the product. Please consider your purchase carefully before completing your order.

3. Order Amendments and Cancellations

Once an order is placed, we are unable to cancel it or make any amendments to it. Please double-check all order details, including your shipping address and product selection, at the time of placing your order.

5. Refund Processing
