What You Need:
1 tbsp melted coconut oil
2 tbsp cocoa powder
Pinch of salt
3 tbsp almond butter
1/2 scoop Platinum Body Vanilla protein powder
What You Do:
Whisk coconut oil, cocoa powder and salt in a bowl and
use to fill 3 mini cupcake liners.
Harden in the freezer.
Mix protein powder with almond butter
Add 1 tbsp of almond butter/protein mix to each cup.
Cover almond butter with remaining chocolate and pop in
the freezer
When ready serve
3 servings – 175 calories, 9g protein, 6.4g carbs, 14.4 fat
